We ship throughout the USA. We know how important it is to you to get your order fast. We do whatever possible to ship all orders within 1 business day. We ship via UPS or USPS.
We provide FREE shipping in USA for orders over $50.
We also offer international shipping. However, please email before placing an order to find out your specific rate.
Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period allows for us to receive your return, process it, and for your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Hello…above your website states that shipping orders over $30 dollars are free…my $37 order added $4.99 shipping…was that a mistake or…? I have ordered your shampoo a number of times and would like to continue doing so but the shipping charge makes a difference. Your feedback will be appreciated…Ann Gutierrez
Hello Ann, thank you for letting us know about this. Unfortunately, the “$30 free shipping” information was from a long time ago, and it is now outdated. We’ve corrected our Shipping terms. It is now free shipping starting from $50 orders. Thank you for your understanding and take care.
